Mesa Design Review Board Approves Senior Housing Design

July 25, 2019 MESA ARIZONA – The City of Mesa approved the design of the 121-unit senior housing community currently named Inspira Gateway of a 3.6-acre site located 4500 block of East Banner Gateway Drive just south of I-60 and north of Baseline Road.

The community is being designed by ORB Architects in Phoenix Arizona. This is the tenth senior community that Suntereo has utilized Rich Barber and ORB Architects on. The interior design is being created by LuAnn Thoma-Holen, FASID in Mesa, Arizona. This is the fifth project that LuAnn has designed for Suntereo Companies.
