North Scottsdale Office Building Sells for $9.5 million

The former Giant Industries corporate headquarters office building at 23733 N. Scottsdale Rd. has been sold to an investor for a reported $9,500,000.
Generations at Pinnacle Peak, LLC of Grand Haven, MI, acquired the property through an assignment from Suntereo Holdings, LLC and RED Group, LLC of Scottsdale, AZ.
Generations at Pinnacle is proposing the development of 4.5 acre site as assisted living and memory care. The site will contain 167,393 square feet of building consisting of 110 units. Ninety of the units will be independent/assisted living and 20 units will be dedicated to memory care.
The development is scheduled to open in the first quarter 2019.
