Suntereo to Assist P.B. Bell in Developing Senior Housing

July 23, 2018 SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Suntereo Companies, LLC announced Friday that an agreement has been reached with P.B. Bell & Associates Inc. to spearhead the development of senior housing for the company. Scott Laten, Partner at Suntereo Companies announced that

“We have been asked to help locate, underwrite and develop potential sites throughout Maricopa County for the development of Senior Housing”.

P.B. Bell developed their first senior housing community three years ago in Arrowhead. That community is scheduled for opening second quarter 2019.
