Suntereo/P.B. Bell Rezone Property for $34.8M Senior Housing Community

May 8, 2019 MESA ARIZONA – The City of Mesa unanimously approved the rezoning of a 3.6-acre site located 4500 block of East Banner Gateway Drive just south of I-60 and north of Baseline Road. The Mesa City Council approved the 129,410 square feet development for 121 units consisting of 157 independent units, 34 assisted living units and 30 memory care units. The community will be licensed to facilitate 132 beds.

The Community will provide the following amenities to its residents; Full-service dining room, Bistro with wine bar, Library, Game and craft rooms, Beauty salon (hair, manicures and pedicures), Fully equipped fitness center with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, Free Weights and Cardio equipment and Yoga, Resort style heated swimming pool, Gardens and landscaped walkways Outdoor fireplaces and patios, Massage/Medical room, Fully enclosed dog park, Concierge, Theater, Chapel and 24-hour nursing station.

The community is scheduled to open second quarter 2021.
